These Projects are the culmination of many years of effort to combine an amazing array of competing challenges, such as, maximizing  the potential a given site, managing a real world budget, accommodating the desires and dreams of my clients, navigating an ever increasingly complex bureaucracy with the ultimate solution, a tantalizing art form that attempts to give answers all of these  challenges, expressed in a real and livable home.
